Leave your thoughts about Fat Head.
User ReviewMarque DOne of the most brutally honest documentaries available. It exposes the unpleasant and political dishonesty that end up feeding the masses misinformation that end up costing them their money, health and, sometimes, their lives.
User ReviewJosh UAwesome. A refutation of the ridiculous liberal nanny-state, and that idiot Morgan Spurlock.
User ReviewDevin GI liked it, actually explained why contrary to popular belief of what my health would be when I got my full physical a few months back I was insanely healthy. Could have toned down the goofiness, but then again, probably a good one for kids and that just makes it a bit more appealing to them.
User ReviewJessica LIf you're concerned about cholesterol issues, the 100 minute mark is where they begin discussing it: highly recommended!!!!! Find it streaming instant from Netflix.
User Reviewjman hIt was a good documentary that showed the faults of super size me.
User ReviewMatt SI thought it was great because it talks about the benefits of a low-carb diet, and that the low-carb diet is capable even of burning a lot of body fat even if eating mostly fast food (and up to 100 carbs a day!) and doing light exercise (and I mean light - just walking). Naughton has enough charisma to keep things interesting and his takedown of Spurlock isn't over the top.
User ReviewFrederick NWhile technically an amateurish documentary, this film is definitely onto something. It's changed my life for the better. It doesn't have the same entertainment factor of it's big-budget rival Supersize me, but Fat Head at least tries to be honest about the subject and offers real solutions to dietary health other than simply cutting out certain fast food retailers. A must see for anyone who thinks they know anything about health.
User ReviewScott BRips apart the pseudo science in Supersize Me.
User ReviewJorn vThis is so interesting. Glad someone has finally debunked Super Size me.
User ReviewBryan CTom Naughton eats fast food not to demonstrate a good healthy diet but to discredit the documentary Super Size Me.
