User ReviewCourtney BThe symbolism in this movie is amazing, but it is certainly not for the faint of heart. All three at masterpieces that show what metaphorically happens to people who quit living, and submit to just accepting their unhappiness.
User ReviewAriel HThis movie was utterly disturbing. I didn't know the person well who recommended it and he didn't explain anything about the movie. He just said I should watch it after I mentioned how much I liked horror. He gave me no warning. So much winning and so much questioning of his sanity.
User ReviewRachel TThis is not your run of the mill film, that's for sure! "Family Portraits" did an amazing job of creating an aura of tension & uneasiness throughout its entirety. I love movies that effectively create a mood like that. Albeit a most uncomfortable one. Highly recommended. But. This one is not for the weak of heart.
User ReviewAlex rOne of the most depressing movies I've ever seen.
User ReviewJosh SBleak and realistic, turning a mirror on the darkest parts of suburbia. The first short is quick, brutal, and good. I found the second to be completely uninvolving. The third is much longer, better developed, and while not particulary violent at all, is certainly the most effective of the three. Find this if you can, people.
User ReviewRyan MAbsolutely unforgettable. Depressing and disturbing as hell. Might deserve 4.5 stars, need to rewatch it.
User ReviewTristan GIntensely depressing and relentlessly shocking, but it has an uncommon sense of true logic that you will likely not see very often.
User ReviewVincent G3 pequeñas historias que narran el origen real del "zombie" norteamericano REAL
User ReviewJoel OIf you want to test your mental and emotional stability, check out this movie. You'll be tested not once, but three times and in very different ways.
User ReviewNicolas DC'est gore, mais le propos est pertinent !
