Master filmmaker Steve Kroschel, intrigued by a stunning statement from his last documentary, sets out to find hard evidence of the effectiveness of the Gerson Therapy, a long-suppressed natural cancer cure. His travels take him across both the Atlantic and the Pacific Oceans, from upstate New York to San Diego to Alaska, from Japan and Holland to Spain and Mexico. In the end, he presents the testimony of patients, scientists, surgeons and nutritionists who testify to the effectiveness of the Gerson Therapy in curing cancer and other degenerative diseases, and show the hard scientific evidence to back up their claims. The question that remains is, "Why is this powerful curative therapy still suppressed, more than 75 years after it was clearly proven to cure degenerative disease?"In his film, Mr. Kroschel interviews top nutritional and agricultural experts, two surgeons, a Japanese medical school professor who cured himself of liver cancer over 15 years ago, a lymphoma patient who was diagnosed as "terminal" over 50 years ago, as well as noted critics of this world-renowned healing method who dismiss it out of hand as "pure quackery". The viewer is left to decide for himself which is the truth.

If you know of anyone with a degenerative disease, or simply want to prevent developing one, this movie opens the doors on a ton of incredible information, as well as shed light on the fact that many corporations and special interest cancer groups want this information suppressed in the name of profit.
User Review - 8/10 by Claudette AAnother interesting documentary about how raw, clean, organic foods can heal the body. My father was diagnosed with cancer and had a 6 week sentence. However he tried any alternative medicine that he could, including this one. He also underwent chemo therapy during his illness. He lived for another 3 years and I believe it was because of going back to basis and giving the body what it was deficient in, to help it heal itself. I don't understand why academics think that this theory doesn't work. Did we have all the diseases' that we have in modern age compared to our stone age ancestry? I think not, because their diet would have been cleaner than what we are eating now, with all the additives, preservatives and GMO's. These days we are just eating processed chemicals with no nutritional value in food anymore. Doctors' used to say 60 years ago, that if you wanted to release stress to take up smoking. Looking back now, how wrong they were to prescribe that! In time, the academics in this video will be proven wrong.
