| User ReviewAustin RFor Hong Kong kung fu cinema it's nothing spectacular, but the story is very fun. A slapstick wild goose chase story, wildly fun plot is thin, but it's just a fun movie, nothing made to try and impress... fight scenes are average for Hong Kong action cinema, I've seen much better coming from the likes of Sammo, but he last fight scene makes up for it with fast choreography and a very nice three section staff fight scene at the end. For such an old movie the story has charm... but it's deffo an aquired taste for those already a fan of classic martial art cinema. |
