A botched bust on a pair of arms dealers inadvertantly leads to the raising of a sixty-six-year-old demon with the power to bring toys to life as his personal minions. The demon is looking for a body to inhabit so he can increase his powers, and it just so happens that one of the police officers is pregnant with the ideal host. | User ReviewLloyd DLow budget but def a classic of its kind A cop and others are trapped in a toy werehouse with killer toys as a demon wants to be reborn kills them to make itself stronger. Acting is well done and the directions sets the low budget scene well but I personailty thought Baby Oppsy Dasiy was a hoot till they trashed him in the seuqels with different voice actors that never matched the 1st one. Ends decently as well. |

Plenty of genuine WTF moments, awesomely cheesy creature effects and and impressive grue make this Full Moon picture highly enjoyable. While this is definitely not scary per se, it has a few minorly creepy moments, but for the most part, this movie is very darkly funny. I personally preferred this over a majority of the Puppet Master entries, and found the toys to be more entertaining than Blade and his gang. Lastly, the acting was believable enough, given the scenarios, and Tracy Scoggins and Daniel Cerny steal the show. This is a fun, silly, late night popcorn movie. |
