User Review - 10/10 by Jessyca ¤excellent documentary type film. really tells the story of the Summit Series. Authentic sticks from the era and skates maek it all more realisitc. Actors look very similar to their real life counterparts, as casting was done very well. and excellent movie and if it doesn't make you proud to be Canadian, you should be ashamed of yourself.
User Review - 10/10 by Jim MKick ass Canadian film about the 1972 Summit Series between Team Canada and the Soviet Red Army Team. Takes the viewer onto the ice, into the dressing room and behind the scenes, exposing the struggle Team Canada faced both at home and in the heart of the Soviet Empire, as well as the behind the scenes politics and dirty tricks. Manages to build suspense and emotion even though the outcome is known. If your a Canadian or a Hockey fan you've got no excuse not to watch this.
User Review - 10/10 by Chester YTruly well filmed stylistically, with fantastic acting and captures all the key points in the series, from beer stealing to asshole refs.

User Review - 8/10 by Anonymous UserSeen 2 times.Trois heures. But who cares?

User Review - 8/10 by John Sfascinating story. must see for fellow hockey-lovers.
User Review - 8/10 by Zac HThis film does an amazing job of capturing the trials and tribulations of the team and the nation during the Summit Series. Some of the stuff that is external to the hockey seems a little tacked on, ie. the man being kidnapped, but these moments are few and far between. Alan Eagleson and Ken Dryden are represented perfectly, Eagleson in all his slimy-ness, and Dryden in his quiet introspective way, all through the movie working on his book 'The Game.' A must see for hockey fans, and definitely worth a look for any Canadian wanting to relive one of the nation's proudest moments. As an added bonus, it has a fantastic soundtrack from some of Canada's best artists of the day.
