VarietyVariety StaffHawn, funny and touching, is a delight throughout and Heckart gets a film role that enables her to display versatility.
Cinema SightWesley LovellAn interesting film about love, blindness and the inherent bias in both.
EmanuelLevy.ComEmanuel LevyPoorly directed, the movie betrays its theatrical origins, but the acting of the two women, Goldie Hawn as the free spirit and Eileen Heckart as the overly protective mother, fighting over the love of a blind youngster, is good.
User ReviewRC DThis was a good movie. I never knew who edward albert was until I saw this. He's dead now RIP
User ReviewLisa CThis is an oldie but a goodie. Funny and romantic.
User ReviewAshley Cthis is like nuber 4 on my list of fave movies
User ReviewViola BHere's an obscure one. An early Goldie Hawn movie (I think she is underestimated). Edward Albert plays an inspiring young blind man. I like it because it was originally a stage play and it was surprisingly modern and still relevant. I share the sentiments of the young characters wanting their funeral to be a celebration. A good little romantic comedy.
User ReviewSarah Bthis is my favourite film/play of all time, if I could I'd walk around in my underwear all day too!
