| User ReviewJake MI watched this late at night as an easy watch no brainer, reminiscent of late 80's-early 90's straight to dvd horror. It reminded me of Olaf Ittenbachs chain reaction and the second part of beyond the limits in visual style. Nice to see proper effects and cgi stuff was kept to a minimum, however the film is not gore heavy it does have a few WTF!! moments, I couldn't disagree more with imdb review user comments about lead actress Alison Brie, i thought she carried the film and delivered a magnificent performance, had it not been for her i would have turned it off. i do wonder what the hell kane hodder was paid for, its been a long time since i've seen acting so pathetic, serioulsy shite!!! the kind of thing you'll find on the horror channel and watch if you've nothing better to do, but more than worth it for Alison Brie's efforts |
| User ReviewBrian CAn entertaining low-budget flick about a very typical pregnancy. I don't understand why this falls into the horror genre, though. As we all know, all babies are demon-spawn and all pregnant women are prone to mood swings during which they frequently tear out the hearts and cut off the heads of family members, draw a pentagram in the attic and attempt to bring demons out of hell. Still, Alison Brie does a good job with her role as a pregnant (and therefore possessed) woman, generating a few genuinely creepy moments. Plenty of possibly unintentionally humorous scenes, too; it's hard to tell whether or not they were meant to be funny, but they are. The fate of Lars is particularly amusing, as is the demonic claw coming out of a bellybutton and the oozy, green, acidic breast milk capable of shattering mirrors. I highly recommend this film for anyone considering having children! |

| User ReviewJules MOvaj je film tolki underground da na cijelom internetu kolko god se trudio nisam uspio nac box cover, a kamoli titlove na engleskom i cudi me sto uopce ima imdb profil!Prica pocinje sa tipom koji dolazi kod psihijatrice i tvrdi da je demon koji je dobio sansu opet hodati po zemlji ako siluje svoju sestru jumfericu koja nakon cina silovanja koji izgleda ko scena iz Mortal Kombata sa CGI munjama, ogromnim ventilatorom koji oponasa vjetar i plavim lecama na kameri, zapravo to ni nema nikakve veze sa silovanjem al kajgod...ugl treba zatrudni odma sljedeci dan(Rosemary`s Baby RIP OFF!)i pocne ubijat zato kaj joj to beba naredjuje, a beba sa prvim pojavljivanjem u filmu djeluje dost strasno pa sam se cak i uspio najeziti ali kad ju duze gledate izgleda ko mjesavina lemura i Golluma tak da na kraju izgleda dost smijesno.Cak me uspio film uvuc u pricu sve dok se nije pojavio nekakav bivsi marinac koji je postao svecenik-udbas koji mora svaki kurac prisluskivat sa slusalicama za mp3 player(???)...da pricam dalje?NE!Opet sam izgubio skoro 2 sata na hrpu sranja sto dokazuje moju teoriju da su nezavisni filmovi uglavnom bezveze, ali uvijek se nadje neki dijamant u moru govana... |
| User ReviewTara FHardly classic cinema it also fails to entertain. For the first hour it was hilarious but then even the poorness descended into mediocrity. Highlight of the film was definitely a poorly animated demon baby closing its mother's stomach like a door after a botched abortion attempt. Not to mention the acid instead of breast milk. An albino caretaker, gun wielding priest and slutty best friend keep the film going even if Alison Brie's poor performance, as she tries to create multiple characters including the voice of her own baby, seriously threaten to undermine what is already a joke of a film. |

| User ReviewKristina WThis movie is such a piece of crap, I can't believe I sat through the whole thing. In my defense, someone else had it on, and I just got sucked in. Nevertheless I believe it was the filmmakers intention to make a ridiculously over the top B-movie with lots of bad special effects, badly done gore, and hilarious characters. Best watched with friends, if you're in the mood for a B horror flick to laugh at. |
