A Mad Doctor has kidnapped and made a group of cape wearing, go-go booted women his servants. They assist him in kidnapping politicians and millionaires so that he can in turn, make them his slave puppets too. The Blue Demon tries to get to the bottom of it all and locate the Mad Doctor's secret lab to stop him, while taking time out for wrestling matches and Rock and Roll.... (Full plot summary below)
