User ReviewLance WLoved it. Warm, fuzzy, interesting, with a heartwarming message. This is one you can take the kids to, and you'll both enjoy it on different levels. A great showcase for small towns and their values of community and good will. Bonus...lots of small parts in the film very well done by locals. Impressive. And the music is terrific. I bought the CD.
User ReviewAshley DVery touching story. Heart warming tale from the heart of the country
User ReviewLaurie USaw it in the theatres, loved it! Beautiful storyline, great acting, set in a lovely place!
User ReviewDenise AThe movie Belleville was very well done. I loved how it kept you wondering what was going to happen next and how "Neila" would tie in with Willie. It does a wonderful job of showing how those in need just need to be willing to reach out to others for support. The community reaching out to Willie showed that there is hope out there and that you are never alone. Highly recommended!
User ReviewGerry NLOVED LOVED LOVED IT!!! So heartwarming on so many levels. Willie's quiet depth and Neila's childlike view of the world played very well together.
User ReviewJenny BVery sweet and well written movie. Enjoyed the warm, feel good innocence of the main character. A movie you can see with your family. Thumbs up!
User ReviewJessica ABelleville the movie brings audiences messages of hope and community. In a time of discontent, fear and sadness in our country, I wish more movies like this filled the screens. Belleville brings to life a story that most can relate to and encourages those watching to realize the power within themselves (and within a community) to make a difference in other's lives. All it takes is one! One person. One community.
User ReviewBrad SI thought the plot was well thought out and the acting was superb. The story of hope is eternally pertinent to our everyday lives and well presented in the story line. This movie was very entertaining and well worth seeing.
User ReviewHombre DBelleville has a well written an executed plot with a great ending. The small town theme is folksy and though there are lots of references to the small town it's named for, it does not hinder a person like myself that has never been there. It has appeal for any viewer.
User ReviewTed TLOVED IT! AMAZING CHARACTERS! LOVED THE CINEMATOGRAPHY. IT MADE BE PROUD TO BE FROM THE MIDWEST AGAIN.
