| User ReviewBryan SI now know what it means to feel "infested". ***************** I've been drifting through the past 5 days...half asleep...half aware... I've been having nothing but nightmares and I think it may be my recent mass-consumption of tomato soup. I assume that stuff is loaded with salt, and that salt is not akin to good pre-slumber snacking...unless you want traumatizing nocturnal a priori apparitions of President Bush shipping you off to an inter-asteroidal penal colony for DUI offenders...or finding the love of your life and watching her slowly die of cancer... I'm a tortured soul right now, and my torture isn't even real. I'm not used to this. I don't know how to handle it. Perhaps if I watch the movie "Babe", which always makes me cry, I'll release some of these apparent demons lurking beneath the epidermis of my subconscious mind. Or maybe I'll just have a nice hot bowl of tomato soup... |
| User ReviewJoel HThis is a forgotten sci-fi thriller from the 80s, supposedly made for kids despite having subject matter that may be a bit too dark for that demographic. It has a very interesting premise, and is surprisingly well made despite its low budget and unknown cast. It suffers from being very dated, and a lot of missed opportunities when it comes to suspense and knowing when to reveal certain aspects of the story. It gives too much away too soon. This is one film that I (and others) feel would benefit from a remake. That's why I'm collaborating with someone to do just that. |
