User Review - 6/10 by Michael TAndy Hardy (Mickey Rooney) gets in dutch again after boasting to his school chums of a romance with "number one debutante" Daphne Fowler (Diana Lewis). Once Judge Hardy goes to New York on a case, though, it's put up or shut up - with Andy learning another lesson of humility and respect. Still, Rooney's cartoonish acting style is a lot of fun - and Judy Garland adds extra sweetness (and a couple of songs) to the mix.
