Summoned to the rescue, Fatty crosses one window to another on a clothesline, with the worthy intention of chastising the thief. He has the misfortune, however, to land in the lady's room, where he is found by her returning husband. Quite a commotion follows, until the husband's bullets give out. The burglar, meanwhile, has escaped to the cellar, whence he makes his getaway.
