Although the incompetent chief opts for waiting for a regular negociator, Jewish SWAT team leader Dr.Richard Rosenzweig insists to make use of "Alphamann" Tom in front on site, with Jesscia as back-up by phone. Martin refused to accept custody of his daughter being awarded to workaholic mother Caroline and her new partner, lawyer Mark Zumboden and knocked down his SWAT colleagues who were court-ordered to take Kathrin away. Caroline grudgingly comes when demanded by Martin, but hardly follows Tom's instructions.
