Cap Collender (Arthur Loft),a showboat gambling racketeer, ensnares a collegiate rowing team's coxswain, "Squirt" Adams (Jimmy Eagles), into the sports-gambling racket. "Squirt" is also the brother of the all-american co-ed cheerleader Connie Adams (Patricia Farr),who is the sweetheart of the rowing team's captain Lance Corbett (Scott Kolk as Scott Colton).
