DO NOT MISS SCENES: entrance of the the group of homeless in the hospital at the beginning of the film, and above all, the group of homeless marching in the hospital corridors. The ending scene (the miracles) with visual effects. POPE FRANCESCO. We are currently trying to arrange a viewing of the film to His Holiness Pope Francesco. FILM. All the film voices have been slowed down. Duration: 79'. B&W and color. CORRADO FRANCO, winner of a GLOBO D'ORO (golden globe) and a NASTRO D'ARGENTO (silver ribbon) AWARD, 2001 BEST ITALIAN SHORT FILM, returns behind the camera after a ten year hiatus. Corrado during this time looked after his severely ill mother affected by Parkinson's disease, Gigliola Carusi Franco: teacher, theater director and poet, passed away in 2013.
