John Jones has planned a trip to Paris, Falls, in his home state. However, his whole family and the neighbors think he is actually going to Paris, France. He decides to be a real sport and take everybody in the Jones household (including the married daughter) to Paris, France. Cousin Willie has lived in Paris and appoints himself tour director, and soon has "Dad" Jones up to his ears in debt.
