Pierre Martin teaches quantum physics at the renowned Sorbonne University in Paris. He has a daughter, Sylvie, who lives with him. One day Pierre learns that he has inherited an inn from an aunt. The trouble is that the establishment is located amid the snows of a small village in Québec.
