DVDTalk.comDavid CorneliusThe film may not be a knockout, but it's still one hell of a punch.
User ReviewDudy MOne of the best and recent crime flicks from s. korea, Simple story, backed up with great performances and bloody action Friendship/betrayal and tragic outcome. .
User ReviewPrivate UThe movie itself is very slow for a gangster movie. However, it is the underlying message that makes the movie worth watching. It does not give off that cool gangster feel, but shows the true world of gangs. The action is very intense and quite bloody. They portray it in a more realistic way than most gangster movies. The acting isn't the greatest. While jo insung does a great job in the role, he isn't the best and does not have the greatest supporting cast.
User ReviewNadan Hthis movie was hella tight. it took me three sittings to finish it though.
User ReviewChris WBest gangster flick ever. Realistic gang politics, and doesn't shy away from including real human drama, and the implications of the main character being a gang member. Some damn good fight scenes too, and superb photography, typical of korean cinema.
User ReviewMark LFucking Brilliant. The movie was filled with great performances. This is now one of my favorite Asian crime flicks.
