User ReviewMichael CA wildly enjoyable documentary about the zombie media craze of the last few years, and one that knows its history and details pretty well. Filled with interviews from zombie aficionados like the legendary (and beloved by this and every other zombie fanatic) George Romero and author of "World War Z" Max Brooks. It dissects the zombie popularity in film, as well as in literature and video games. A fun viewing for any zombie devotee.

User ReviewProfessor WNot really a History of Zombies, it mostly focuses on George Romero and his 'Living Dead' series. It would have been nice if it went a little more in depth with zombie history from even post-Romero zombies and also focus a little more on other zombie films outside of Romero. But it's a good movie if you just think of it as 'Romero-mania' instead of 'Zombiemania'. A must see for any zombie or even horror fan. 8/10
User ReviewTom RA geeky, insiders'-look at the evolution of the 'Zombie genre'. If you're a fan of these movies already, you're likely not going to learn too much new information, but it's still cool to see interviews with Romero, Savini, and Max Brooks.
User ReviewAaron EA well done documentary with a sense of fun and play about it. Fascinating to see how zombies have evolved throughout cinema and learn from the king of zombies (Romero) how and why he did what he did (even if a lot of it was accidental).
User ReviewRoger ODocumentary about zombie movies and how they reflect the times they were made in.
User ReviewAllan CA decent look into the rise of the modern zombie movie. The bummer part is that is starts to feel like a commercial for Land of the Dead near the end that distracts from the film history that starts the movie off. A must watch for the zombie or horror fan out there.
User ReviewChris HA good documentary about the history of zombie movies...being a fan of zombie movies....I had to see this, definitely worth it^^
User ReviewFase HThis movie has a fun idea of animating everyone interviewed into being a cartoon zombie. But it really doesn't say much that is new or insightful and the interviews aren't very deep. The only thing I can say that makes this one really stand apart is the Max Brooks stuff. That was pretty good. But it really just retreads a lot of what most who want to watch the movie already know.
