User Reviewmartin rAwesome movie. If you are ready for an eye opening, life and health changing film this is it.
User ReviewPedro SI really liked it, gives you a dif prespective on our food industry
User ReviewLudwig HKip Andersen and Keegan Kuhn are fomenting a quiet but powerful and thoroughly articulated a revolution against the global scandal of health and disease. I cannot applaud them enough. There have been hundreds of scientific papers and conferences to back their narrative but nobody told the story as clearly. Please also watch the sibling project 'Cowspiracy'.
User ReviewAndrius DAmazing documentary, very informative, everyone should watch it.

User ReviewDave HThe first nutrition and health documentary I was was Morgan Spurlock's Supersize Me. This film informs like Supersize Me but inspires one to action with a compelling glimpse into the big business that our nonprofits are, the dishonesty of the American food industry. It's quick moving, easy to understand and inspirational. There is a solid call to action and that is make informed choices with your food because you can't rely on sponsored information from big nonprofits.
User ReviewAllison CHighly recommended for folks who want to know how to live a healthy life - you won't find this info from the mainstream health organizations, so I highly encourage you to watch and get the facts for yourself. Too many docs don't share with their patients what they need to know for optimal health - partly because docs don't know themselves (owing to the almost non-existent nutrition training they receive in med school) and partly because where there is money (i.e. meat and dairy industry ) there will be "confusing" information.
User ReviewKarl AThe truth is, our country is in a health crisis. And much of it comes down to diet. This documentary follows the next step in environmentalist and hypochondriac Kip's journey into nutritional awareness. It will be an eye opener for anyone who hasn't read, The China Study, Whole, or How Not To Die. Even if you have, you'll learn new things about advancements in nutrition, and also become more understanding of why we're having trouble combating our problems as a sick society.
