Full Plot Details

But Iâ??m guessing if youâ??ve seen the trailer then you already knew that and youâ??re only checking the flick out for two cool dudesâ??John Saxon and Tim Thomerson. And ya know what? They are totally worth the price of admission. Every moment they are on screen together is grizzled gold. There fisticuffs in the bar is one of my happier moments. Love their fisticuffs. Adrienne Barbeauâ??s cooky crypto zoologist is fun as well. And cuz of them I can look past the fact that this film contains some of the goofiest and lamest looking werewolves Iâ??ve ever seen on celluloid. VF.
User Review - 4/10 by Brendan AInteresting supporting cast of genre stalwarts including John Saxon, Tim Thomerson and Adrienne Barbeau just appear to be going through the motions in this "Dog Soldiers" wannabe. Jack Ford, former special ops soldier has been infected with a werewolf virus and along with a trio of sexy female, newly-turned lycanthropes sets about spreading said disease through the U.S. Ford's men must stop them before they are attacked themselves. Daft when it isn't boring; with tacky prosthetics and makeup which look like they were purchased from a halloween costume store.

Unfortunately, the best thing about this movie is the all to uncommon appearances of Tim Thomerson and John Saxon (and the awesome cameo from Martin Cove). They're fantastic and have all the best lines. A good movie could probably be made using the general idea, but this isn't it. And its made for TV nature limits it subdued violence, tease T&A, and uncomfortable pacing (got to make room for those commercials). The awful 'metal' music used for a score is difficult to sit through, too.
User Review - 2/10 by Jonny FA poor and lifeless tale of werewolves set in modern day california, the films downfall is the lack of back story about the origins of the werewolves and the lack of story in the actual film which is basically 3 female werewolves chasing down a lone male werewolf for no real reason. The acting is acceptable as are the effects but its mostly an uninteresting dull film. On the plus side it has brief appearances from horror legends Tim thomerson and audriene barbeua.
