New York PostLou LumenickLee's framing device - which ends with a head-scratching fantasy - doesn't work. At. All.
Village VoiceJim RidleyThe filmmakers care; the actors try; the closing dedication is heartfelt and sweet. The movie, sadly, is an IV drip of artery-clogging Lifetime movie-of-the-week goo.
Los Angeles CityBeatMark KeizerCowriters Bollinger and Capelli may have sincere intentions, but they're too immature and unpolished to pull off what they're attempting.
User ReviewJohn MWhat a great movie. Wow, Mackenzie was so young when she filmed this movie. So proud of her.
User ReviewSandra RIt was very touching and very sweet movie. The story line was good but of course a little predictable.
User ReviewDimple MThis movie defines the real meaning of love and companionship. It's a beautiful take on love in its purest and most honest form. The characters all fall completely in place throughout the storytline. It's amazingly fresh and funny. Kudos!
User ReviewDan Sexact movie i was looking for. cute and entertaining, no real drama. and who is this actor??
User ReviewSteve PThis was kind of a low quality movie with some good and some really bad acting. Definetly had some funny lines though.
User ReviewHeather MLiked this movie and thought it was very sweet. If you don't like sweet, this is not for you. All actors were well cast and had good chemistry. This is a same old/same old story but well done. Capelli was sort of hot in this film. He would be terrific in a well-made 30s movie remake of any kind. He has the look and the swagger for it.
User ReviewAlfredo GIf you can get past the way this movie looks (1980's quality) and get to the heart warming story than you can enjoy it.
