VarietyJoe LeydonDespite a storyline that would require a few more subplots to qualify as featherweight, this atypically low-key Bollywood romantic comedy somehow manages to remain pleasantly diverting throughout its 138-minute running time.
User ReviewMoksh Jexcellent. worth the 2+ hrs of viewing time.
User ReviewShre CTruly refreshing, genuine effort by the new director. Every aspect has been looked into with perfection. Good job Karan Johar, for financing such project. Hope other directors learn a bit, its not all about spending money and singing and dancing which will make the Indian audience happy (referring to BLUE) untill and unless there is a strong script, common sense and flawless direction.
User ReviewKat GReally fun Bildungsroman story about a boy finding his passion and his love-right under his nose. Great soundtrack!!
User ReviewJay Kwatching it now!!! completely a feel good movie!!
User ReviewAziz CAn interesting movie that centralizes on a mischievous, and immature young man whose always believed that with family, he could not want for anything. Without a care in the world, he meets Aisha (she's everything that he isn't) and helps her to settle into the life of Mumbai. Failing his last year of college and his father wanting him to gain some responsibility and work in his company, Sid leaves home after a family dispute with only his clothes. With no money and no plan, he decides to see his friend Aisha. For the first time in his entire life, he realizes that things aren't always given. At Aisha's insistence, he decides to learn basic life skills and grow up. Great cast- Ranbir Kapoor, Kokona Sen Sharma, Anupam Kher, Supriya Pathak, Kainaz Motivala, and Rahul Khanna. Worthy!
