This dystopian vision of the near future is about police officer Volt who kills the refugee Hesham during an operation. The deed goes unpunished, but Volt's feeling of guilt drives him into his victim's world. During the day a police officer, at night on the other side, he witnesses how the riots caused by his deed escalate.
