| User ReviewBill BMore fun from the Drive In Cult Classics set from the To-Watch Pile, this one is basically about a group of college kids cruising Van Nuys Boulevard, where the local law has decided to crack down on their drag racing and other shenanigans. There's some casual sex, some grass is smoked, a good time is had by all. A fun way to waste an hour and a half. Worth a rental. |
| User ReviewAntonio NVan Nuys Blvd is a lot of dumb no demand fun. Bill Adler would rather head of to Los Angeles to cruise in his van then stick around & fuck is his smokin hot girlfriend. I love that 70s mentality that as long as you had a vehicle the world was your oyster. I wish that this stayed on the boulevard & been a little more like American Graffiti. A solid film about a night of cruising & all the characters involved making use of the California locals is highly obtainable but instead everybody falls in love & a lot of the screen time is used up by that. Fortunately there's a lot of sex & nudity to keep things moving a long in a time when it didn't matter how much casual sex you engaged in. Actually it's not that far off because I used to go over to the states in my teenage years to cruise the downtown strip & I almost always got laid |

I actually own this movie, it's on a set called "Drive in Cult Classics" or something like that. Didn't get around to watching it until the other day. I love this kind of garbage. |
