| User ReviewMovie KQuite a nice comedy. Eric Tsang is funny in this one. Anita Mui is the eldest sister to Fennie Yuen, Charine Chan and Ann Bridgewater. She is very strict and uptight. Ahd been single all her life. Ann hail a taxi and scuffle with a famous DJ Matthew Wong. In the end she let him go to his destination first. Remus Choi is a rich brat, along with his friend Calvin Choi and Edmond So try to know Fennie and Charine. Wong Jing is the class teacher and Fennie throw a pie at him. Remus save her and say Calvin is the culprit. He try to get info from Charine on what Fennie likes. Invite them to his yatch. Ann bump into Matthew again and he offer apology. Remus like Charine actually. Ann bring Matthew along the trip. They had fun onboard. Anita is angry they lie to her to go have fun. The sisters are put on curfew. Anita say their family rule is eldest must be married before the younger ones. The sisters trio find Eric Tsang been rejected by Sandra Ng. He tried to jump down the river but changed his mind. The sisters run to him and he fell. Charine save him up. Intro him to Anita and he totally reject. Eric go find Sandra again and her gangster boyfriend is Shing Fui-On. Eric vow to get married before them. Try to woo Anita. He pay a visit and enter. Their squabble is really funny and he kiss her. Tell her he will marry her. Next step is spread story of her marriage. Everyone congratulate her and she want to meet Eric to talk terms. Anita 3 terms are hard to accept. Eric seek help from an expert. He pretend to be triad boss to impress Anita. The plan backfire. Next step is seek forgiveness in the rain outside their home. Eric ask Calvin to stand in for the night. Next morning, Anita bring him home. Eric quickly switch over. The sisters put sleeping pill in Anita's wine and bluff her they made love. They finally get married. Shing crash the wedding by telling Anita the truth. She left the place and try to torture Eric at home. Inspire by the death of the expert, Eric fake death. He pretend to rape Fennie and Anita use a knive to stab him. But it is real. The fake knive is not yet taken out. Eric pretend dying in hospital. The doctor came in and spoil the set up. But they still reconcile. At the wedding, Anita give face to Eric and impress the guys. But it is just a show agree between them. Privately, Eric still obey Anita. Happy couple nonetheless. |
