Using a false accusation of unlawful land-squatting, Bill Edwards (Al Ferguson(1)') goes to the County Seat and has Sheriff Brown to swear out a warrant against sheep-herders Marie Valerian (Neva Gerber) and her father (Silver Tip Baker.
