Maris is freelance bounty hunter/soldier whose sole aim in life is to become rich enough to never have to work again. This goal, unfortunately, proves elusive. Maris is from a world of super-strong beings and she is constantly having to pay for the damage she and her parents inadvertantlty cause wherever they go.
