Hojjat is a cop but his brother Mansour is a thief. Mansour is imprisoned but after his released promises not to do illegal again. He meets a woman Mahboobeh and wants to marry her. His brother disagrees with this marriage. Mansour once again begins doing illegals smuggling goods.
