June 1st, 1813. The USS Chesapeake and the HMS Shannon have agreed to enter into ship-to-ship combat off Boston Harbor in honor of the countries they represent, the United States and Britain respectively. The Americans are celebrating as if they've already won even before the battle begins, with the local populace, getting wind of what will be happening offshore, supporting the Chesapeake.
