Full Plot Details

A writer, Tucker Harding, is hired to cover an article on the hydrogen-bomb test, Nevada, 1952. While there, radiation mutates her code/soul, spawning in her the ability to travel through time by force of will. User Review - 10/10 by Buzz AFascinating !! A real film noir feel. Like a 50s pulp novel come to life. Call it a mysterious sci-fi with zero special effects...how refreshing !! Captivating script. A wonderful low budget independent film. Caught me off guard !!
User Review - 10/10 by Martin SIf you like hard-boiled detectives, time-travel, and strangeness, then this one's for you. Tucker Harding, an author from the 50's is a reporter who gets to report on the atom bomb tests in the Nevada desert, only to find that the radiation alters her genetic code turning her into a "Time Freak" - a person who has the ability to experience time in a non-linear fashion. Full of fantastic, twisted characters from the 50's and modern day (well, 1997) America, it;s a brilliant watch. It shows you just how good a low budget indie flick can be as well just by relying on good acting, sharp dialogue, good plot and excellent cinematography. This is in my top 10 movies. It should be in yours.

User Review - 8/10 by Jean-Francois VI don't know how I never heard of it before today. If you like low-budget sci-fi you should check this out, as well as if you're into film noir/pulp, because it's a combination of those two genres and it works effectively in both.
