Movie Reviews

FEARnet - 6/10 by Scott WeinbergOne of the better offerings from After Dark Batch #4.
User Review - 8/10 by Mark San unexpected hit for me from the british horror genre! though the ending is weird!
User Review - 8/10 by The NClassy Brit horror which brings intelligent horror to the Norfolk Broads. A disturbing mix of dark characters, darker secrets and sheer terror. Hugely underrated.
User Review - 8/10 by FilmGrinder S"There's nothing to be afraid of boy, trust me, death's a blessing!"-Mr. Crocker (Geoff Bell) They should have got Rob Englund to play Mr Crocker. This field of Bermuda reeds is damn near the same film as TRIANGLE.
User Review - 8/10 by Roger OThe setting of this movie was okay. Somethings that were questionable were why Mr. Croker lived in that particular area of a place and why kill the children. In the movie they did explained the children stole his boat and killed his dog, but still leaves a question regarding his anger. Some other thoughts are why did the children killed or scared some of the main characters to death. Who pregnate the teenage girl? and why were the children eating the dog over a bonfire? what look like human body parts, was it really?
User Review - 8/10 by Thomas Hit isnt the worst momvie i've seen but then one of my school frinds dies in the movie and im quite jelous of him so i like it more lol
User Review - 6/10 by Moya WThe Reeds was quite difficult to fully comprehend. In most good horror movies you will from the very beginning probably sit at the edge of your seat and wonder how the horror started or who's responsible for it. But it wasn't really like that in this one. You might have sat at the edge of your seat a few times but overall it was quite confusing. Because it felt like there wasn't a reason for why it was all happening. Therefore you didn't really know what to think when watching it. It was generally a quite exciting movie and it did include some engrossing tension but it still left you with a little bit of emptiness and confusion by the end of it.
User Review - 6/10 by Karl GThis is a solidly performed low budget horror....excellent performances from Anna Brewster and the girl with half a face. Good photography and a nice build up to a surprising ending. The film is worth a look it is the best traditions of the creepy with knives, guns and beings that go bump in the day......
User Review - 6/10 by Duncan SA boating holiday on the Norfolk Broads may not sound like the ideal setting for a horror film, but director Nick Cohen makes a good job of mixing horror, thriller and supernatural in this clever low budget brit flik. It may not all make perfect sense by the end, but the journey there shows the director could go on to much bigger things
User Review - 6/10 by TTT C(** 1/2): Thumbs Down This is yet another okay entry in the After Dark Horrorfest series, but I felt like I had seen this all before. A near-miss
