| User ReviewIgor MInspired by real events leading to the downfall of a famous Italian company, this turns out to be an entertaining economic thriller and morality tale. While I find some of the plot twists and development befuddling, I can only chalk it down to cultural differences. Otherwise, it is a tightly paced and well acted piece (though with a TV movie feel) and a fascinating piece of education by cinema. |
| User ReviewLuca DVery soon it becomes clear that this film is really about Parmalat (and thus about one of the largest bankruptcies in the history of Italy). However: the film is never compelling. The only thing that is worthwile of this film is that Toni Servillo is in the lead role. |
