User ReviewMark FSo-so western about Joel McCrea as Bat Masterson, bringing justice to the titular city. It's all pretty routine, but it's reasonably entertaining and McCrea delivers one of his solid performances.
User ReviewZoran SIt's quite good at times, but really starts to run out of ideas by the third act which is a problem considering the film is only 80mins.
User ReviewPaul CJoel McCrea is solid as ever, but the scripting is lacking as is much of the acting supporting cast - although it's always nice to see the lovely Julie Adams again. Focusing more on macho posturing and posing rather than action - the titular gunfight is all over in a few seconds - it's still good enough for a wet Sunday afternoon.
