When someone starts using the business end of a pair of hedgeclippers on the more snobbish patrons of a posh country club, rumors fly the slice-n'-dice handiwork is the signiture of The Greenskeeper, a serial killer long thought dead from an explosion years ago. Allen, whose mother owns the country club, begins having nightmare visions where he is haunted by The Greenskeeper. Allen begins to suspect he may have a connection to The Greenskeeper he never dared imagine. Meanwhile, the beautiful jetsetters of the club decide to sneak in after hours for some skinny-dipping, partying, and sex-on-the-green. | User ReviewMr DGood watch, although some of the blood effects are a bit over the top and the slacker friends of the main charactor could use more air time. Now they don't have anything to do with the main story. |
User ReviewKevin GI loved it, it was much better than "Cats" I'm going to see it again and again..
User Revieweuan bso bad its good. the kill scenes are so badly done u cant help but watch

User ReviewClint RLow budget horror/comedy with some innovative country club killings. Movie picks up in the last 30 minutes when the killer finally starts his rampage. Harmless fun won't knock your socks off, but is amiable enough for a recommendation.
User ReviewGray RIf this was meant to be a spoof, it's excellent. If it was meant to be a genuine horror, then it's terrible. Funny as hell, even if it's not meant to be. Story is pretty terrible too.
User ReviewJeff BI'm sorry. But I couldn't resist but love it. It's bar far one of my favorite slashers. Sure, it's a horrible movie with bad acting, silly humor, and a horrendous script. But it was just so darn entertaining!
User ReviewAl MOkay, so I actually really enjoyed The Greenskeeper. Both funny and brutal as hell, it is a pretty solid slasher flick for fans who have seen everything else. It does not take itself too seriously, but it also doesn't devolve into horror-comedy crap. It is a slasher film first with some comedic elements. Featuring tons of original, golf-related death scenes and characters that are even more over-the-top stupid and outrageous than usual.
User ReviewNoname It's your typical slasher fare, it doesn't take itself too seriously while being fun at times, dumb at others. The kills are neat though not too memorable, and the plot is silly but filled with unoriginal twists. It's not the worst slasher flick out there though, and might be enjoyable for most fans.
