Ozus' World Movie ReviewsDennis SchwartzIt's too bad this film didn't have some more soul.
User ReviewAllan CFrom cornball director Edward L. Cahn, who brought you "It! The Terror from Beyond Space," "Dragstrip Girl" and "Invisible Invaders," comes a another silly tale of curses and severed heads menacing Jonathan Drake as a result of his grandfather offending a South American tribe of Jivaro Indians. Will Drake be the next victim? Well, you won't really care, but the severed head with the lips sewn together is pretty hardcore for the 1950s.
User ReviewWes SReasons to watch the movie: A mute Indian who looks like Cher with long nose hairs, the horrendous voice acting of Valerie French, miniature skulls, non-sensical dialogue. It was a lot of bad-movie fun, with extremely limited sets and an extremely low budget, but it wasn't terribly bad. It could've been a lot worse, but it has a bit of competency too. A good movie for a saturday morning. Not to be taken seriously.
