Now, as the community's most prominent member, the rapacious businessman and ruthless oil trader, Antonis Abaras, and his vicious right-hand man use strong-arm tactics to profit from the inhabitants' misfortune, Lefteris' dream starts fading away. Under those pressing circumstances, only the unity of the people and an agricultural cooperative can lead to prosperity; but, evil Abaras is bent on thwarting their plans. Then, a hideous crime puts everything on hold, and Lefteris finds himself on the run from the law. Is this the fate of the innocent?
