Detective Squad Chief Choi is set for a promotion for his work and his reputation. After the party with his colleagues he falls victim to a wrong taxi-driver who tries to rob him, but gets killed accidently by Chief Choi. But at the same time, a mysterious phone call starts brings the already feared Choi to the edge.
