User ReviewPrivate UFinally someone with sense. This movie has a lot of good key points and is very easy to understand.
User ReviewBrandy NThe title of the film and its description pretty clearly indicate what the subject of the film is. A very decent documentary based upon over 20 years of research by the author in his search for answers. It is obviously directed at showing the evidence that the universe appears designed and that Darwinism does not explain certain things, so don't be surprised that the deck is stacked with scientists and philosophers with that viewpoint. Some points to keep in mind when watching this DVD: -This is only a quick overview of the information and does not go into much depth. -Make sure to watch the Bonus Features on this DVD, it has a good section on Q&A â?? where they present 14 questions and answers.
User ReviewColleen HGreat movie, very informative. All Christians should see this movie!
User ReviewKerri Lthis movie actually has a lot of great information, and it is surprisingly presented in an engaging way.
User ReviewAndy CThis was worth watching just for the references. The recommended books are all wonderful. Did I mention the crazy DNA video? That was cool.
User ReviewJ BI watched this in an effort to educate myself as to different ideas, but it didn't really tell me anything I haven't heard a thousand times before. I liked that it made an effort tied to science -- which is important to me -- but if anything I felt like it opened a different door in the direction of -- but not really reaching -- a new destination. Then again, I didn't expect the case for a creator to be made in an hour-long special.
User ReviewOliver EA presumptuous series of straw-man arguments that beg the question. Strobel says we need to "follow where the evidence points and it points directly to a Creator". Unfortunately for Strobel, this is self-interested wishful thinking. These are eloquently stated God of the gap arguments, all provided by members of the Discovery Institute who have a nasty habit of misrepresenting the facts.
