After a heated presidential election campaign in 2013, the president, Michelle Bachalet, has pledged to loosen certain laws related to abortion - a first in Chile's history. What will this mean for the hotline? Is their fight finally coming to an end or will they have to work even harder to ensure that the president's commitments are fulfilled?
