Jimmy will be rich when the world adopts Technocracy. He wants to marry the mayor's daughter but he thinks Technocracy is thinly veiled communism. While trying to escape a policeman he's in a jam with Jimmy runs into a Social club run by Technocrats, who trick him into delivering a clock with a bomb in it to the mayor.
