| User ReviewMovie KThe ending is quite abrupt. A kind of social vigilante movie. Ng Man Tat and partner boarded a taxi that's part of a bank robbery. Yu Rongguang is a cop who single handed apprehend all robbers. Hu Feng assign them to be partners. Anthony Wong is driving when a taxi swerve in front him and accident. The driver blames him and demand $5000 compensation. Anthony is good guy and been force to give but his own car is down. His wife (Lai Hoi-Shan) is pregnant and keep buying baby stuffs. Yu and Anthony are friends. Athena Chu is Ng daughter, who is a reporter. Lai have pains and Anthony call for taxi but the driver fetch another passenger for more money. He manage to hail another taxi but the driver left after seeing her bleeding. The door snap on her clothes and drag her. Both mother and baby died. Anthony screw up at work. He suddenly flare up when he saw a taxi driver arguing with a passenger and he slap the driver. Anthony got drunk and hail a cab. He strangle the driver and stab him with the mirror. He quickly go home but somehow feel glad about the killing. He saw a boy pestering his parents for a Dragonball card, so he bought the card from a boy and give it to the other boy. Next he call for prostitute and ask if she is willing to bear him a child. She reply her annual income and give him discount. Anthony left without service and paid her. He saw a taxi picking location. He decide to board and ask the driver where he prefer to go. This time round Anthony can't kill the driver because the previous method all didn't work and he end up beaten. Anthony buy a gun from a gangster client and start training how to engage driver. He hail a cab and the driver didn't complain when he keep chaging destination. Anthony alight and give him big tip. Next he kill a driver who refuse to take an old lady. Taxi drivers all protest and want protection. During statement, the old lady didn't reveal Anthony. Ng and Yu decide to be taxi drivers to lure the killer. Anthony follow a taxi and the driver want to rape the drunk girl. He kills the driver and let the girl escape. Anthony board Ng taxi on the latter birthday. Ng send SOS to HQ. Anthony tells him how the drivers deserve to die and he shot Ng, then he was knock by a van. Luckily he isn't dead. Yu hear the recording and check on Anthony. Anthony go to the hospital to see Ng. He want him to not recognize him. Athena enter and he use her as hostage. He let her go after he snatch a taxi. Yu chase after Anthony. The car crash and overturn. All the surrounding taxi drivers beat Anthony up when he finish his bullets. The police arrive and send him to hospital. Yu promise to help him and Anthony says he is a good cop. |
