User Review - 10/10 by Niki NSuch a bad spoof movie of Twilight...but so bad that it's good. Pick up a case, make a drinking game out of it and enjoy!
User Review - 8/10 by Adam HChris Seaver and the rest of the Low Budget Pictures gang is at it again with their spoofing of the horrid Twilight film, entitled Twatlight...but then forcibly renamed Taintlight...get it? Taintlight has young Stella (Meredith Host) returning home to live with her father (Billy Garberina in a hilarious, scene-stealing role) and going to her local high school where she comes across the mysterious Edgar (Kurt Indovina and his barrage of hilarious faces), a brooding vampire who falls for Stella. Along with Edgar, Stella must endure pure-bred vampires looking to kill her, as well as the advances of only friend Jack, who's also a moonwalking werewolf. LET ME MAKE THIS PERFECTLY CLEAR: Chris Seaver/Low Budget Pictures movies are a completely different breed of their own. They are incredibly low budget, contain lots of inside jokes, and gives off the appearance as though a bunch of good friends got together and attempted to make a hilarious movie. With the final point, Seaver always seems to succeed as Taintlight is another hilarious entry from the Low Budget Pictures group. Lots of hilarious gags, bits, and totally out-there jokes that had me rolling around laughing. Don't be an idiot when debating to watch this movie or not. If you are expecting a big-budget, mainstream movie, GO AWAY. If you know and understand (or even want to witness) the greatness of Seaver and his gang of loyal followers, come enjoy this hilarious movie. I know I certainly loved it.
User Review - 8/10 by Ed MThis is a truly wonderful stupid movie. It is full of nasty but funny sexual referances. There is no nudity but plenty of c grade porno style acting. If you think Twilight is a movie only made for teenage girls than this one is for you. Do not expect any special effects that go beyond what your handy cam has built in. If you are looking to kill an hour and have caught up on all the eppisodes of Entourage try this movie out. Plenty of one liners and you just might learn a new sex referance or two.
User Review - 8/10 by Brian MNot going to lie, a pretty great movie! It really followed the original movie well and what it did add only made Taintlight even better! The acting wasn't perfect but what the actors lacked in skills they made up for in good looks. This incredible cinematography really inspired me; I laughed so hard I cried and I will quote it forever. I highly recommend it!

A Michael Jackson loving werewolf falls for Stella whilst another rival vampire clan led by Razor McBleed are trying to kill Edgar. I quite enjoyed this tongue in cheek comedy - I thought they acted better than the real Twilight cast!! They even got the stupid expressions of the Twilight characters perfectly and the Veronica vampire was funny who speaks and laughs like Fran Drescher! Serious fans of the Twilight franchise will not enjoy seeing their favorite characters ripped to shreds but if you've got a good sense of humour I think you'll like it.

Has some absolutely great one-liners and some really crude and crass jokes that were so ridiculous you can't help but laugh. Edgar cracks me up with his pouty face and most awesome hair, and the Michael Jackson wannabe werewolf is hilarious as hell! Worth the watch if you can make it past the first 10 minutes or so. Lol.

I began watching this with minimal interest, but the person I watched it with started laughing and then we were both laughing the rest of the way through it. It was so bad, it ended up being okay in our opinions. We enjoyed it for the low quality mess it was.
User Review - 2/10 by Destiny FThis movie has about 6 things that are funny and the rest is just pointless idiocy. I have seen better films from high school freshmen. The best line of the movie is "I don't like anything wet..." "So do you beat up your vagina every time you get turned on?" On top of the constant references to the main character's menstrual cycle and not so subtle sexual come ons by her father. This has to be one of the stupidest films ever made.
