In 1983, Cheng Ge signed a contract with the general corporation to contract a branch factory for two years. After he took office, the drastic reform, so that the factory within five months to profit 2 million yuan, but to the spring of 84, the factory director Cheng Ge has filed a lawsuit to the court, against the head office party committee with the right to replace the law. After the court accepts this case, guo Gang of economic tribunal president assumed the task of hearing. And the company party committee learned that Cheng Ge has appealed to the court, very shocked have come forward to Withdraw cheng Ge prosecution, but cheng Ge refused. The case is simple, but involves many things, not least the fact that one of the five workers fired by Cheng was the brother-in-law of the provincial party chief. In particular, the president of the court warned guo Gang, who had been appointed as the next president of the court by the Municipal Party committee, to act prudently, but Guo Gang was determined to take the law as the criterion to hear the case. After the court after many investigations, the public trial of the case, and judge Cheng Ge victory. But by the autumn of 1985, Mr Cheng had been removed as factory director as soon as his contract expired, and Mr Guo had been transferred to a suburban court for "exercise".
