Syota ng Bayan is Tanya Marquez (Priscilla Almeda), a starlet who quits showbiz and goes back to her hometown. When she finds out that a cement factory is damaging the environment and her neighbors' lives, she challenges the incumbent Mayor Golano (Eddie Garcia) to close it.
