Their back-to-the-wild adventure proves to be more terrifying than they ever could have imagined. If you've seen many horror movies you wont be surprise by anything in this movie. But I must say that I liked it, atleast a bit. I liked Billy Zane in the role as a survival specialist and the rest of the cast was alright. the movie was a bit entertaining to watch even though it was filmed with a small budget. I should add that it wasn't so very scary. |
| User ReviewBrian CVery enjoyable ripoff of a cross of Predator and Cannibal Holocaust. A film crew is in a remote jungle creating a survival documentary and find a native tribe killed. There is a legend of shape-shifting creatures that want pregnant women for whatever reason, and one man is after hidden gold. There is a lot going on, and some very interesting characters. Acting is pretty good, and the story is fun, if a bit unoriginal. |
