Shep Ramsey is an interstellar hero, righting wrongs, et cetera. His ship is damaged after a fight with an interstellar nasty, and he must hide out on Earth until it can recharge. He leaves his power suit at home, but still finds himself unable to allow wrongs to go unrighted, and so mixes it up with bad drivers, offensive paperboys, muggers and the like. | User ReviewClinton AI had never seen this movie as a kid and since I enjoy Hulk Hogan movies I decided to check this out. I was really surprised how funny the movie was. I mean there are some very bizarre little scenes but they are still hilarious. The movie has a sort of fantasy type element and definitely is not meant to show any realism. Hulk Hogan does a good job at playing a ripped guy that walks around saving but also causing havoc. The movie does not take itself seriously and it works. Overall, I had no real expectations coming in and they exceeded them. |
| User ReviewTanner RIf you haven't seen this you don't know what you've been missing. Hogan's performance rivals that of Daniel Day-Lewis in "There Will Be Blood" or "Gangs Of New York". This movie brought tears to my eyes the first time I saw it. How Hogan wasn't nominated is beyond me. Rent it, buy it.....do whatever it is you need to do in order to watch this piece of cinematic history. |
