Full Plot Details

In Los Angeles, the wealthy aspirant writer Donna and her best friend (also aspirant designer) Christi Ann are bored of relationships and decide to chase two escorts in a bar for one night stand. Meanwhile, the construction workers and best friends Stanny and Joe come from New York but do not find jobs in Los Angeles; without money, they decide to go to a fancy bar to drink and leave the place without paying the bill. Donna and Christi Ann meet Stanny and Joe and invite them home believing they are hustlers. After a night of sex, the women discover the misunderstanding and that the men are indeed unemployed workers. They offer them to stay in a tent near the swimming-pool with beer and food while they search for jobs; in return, they would be their "boy-toys" during the nights in a strictly sexual relationship. Along the following weeks, the couples become closer and change their feelings and behaviors with the development and growing of their relationships.

User Review - 10/10 by Miguel Rthis movie does not deserve a 5-star, but it's 2 star average is a bit unfair. the acting wasn't amazing, and the story was a little off at times - but overall i ended up liking the cast/characters enough that i laughed through most of it. and the one part actually hit home pretty hard, like that scene in "the break-up". your'e laughing one minute then it's sadness. definitely corny, but good enough when you're in the mood for this kind of shit.

This is one of those films that guys and gals can both enjoy. The dialogue is clever, and funny because it shows how different and how similar men and women think about sex, and how far off they both are in estimating how the other gender views issues. Great story, and well done. I was really surprised. This is one of my favorite movies

User Review - 10/10 by Thomas GMovie comes off as a tits and ass all over the screen movie. At this point movies awesome! Ten minutes into the movie you realize that there's not even one tit! Movie sucks.... but then you watch it anyways cause you have nothing better to do and realize that this movie is amazing! Showing a tit would take away from its beauty. And though the acting may not be the best, which actually may not be a bad thing. You feel as if you know these people; they are someone who is in your life and you feel as if you're right there with them. And no matter who you are a prude, nymph, divkhead, etc you can.somehow relate to one of the characters in the movie. And though the ending may not ne the best outcome its amazing and by the end of the movie you can't believe you watched that and actually enjoyed it because something about it was awesome cause it depicts real life . Hats off to the writer this movies incredible and I can't generally even stand the thought of an indy film but this was awesome!

User Review - 10/10 by Tyson WI am usually not compelled to write reviews, but I was not expecting such a well written movie. Had I known Stevie Long also wrote for ""The Mind of a Married Man" I would have approached the movie differently. It was one of the best surprises I've had in a long time. Richly personal characters and shameless dialogue, coupled with wonderfully real sexual situations make for a movie that deserves more credit than it gets. This is an intelligent movie, not the "randy" skin flix of the 80's.

User Review - 8/10 by Andrew SI loved this film it was so refreshing. Glad I randomly picked it up in the video store. The characters were so realistic and dialogue between was very well written. While the entire cast did an excellent job I think it's Buffy the Vampire Slayer alumni Amber Benson who real shines. She is a fantastic performance I l really enjoyed her character. I hope she continues to get more roles.
