RogerEbert.comNell MinowDraper wrote, directed, and co-stars as their mother and the lovely score was composed by their musician father, Michael Wolff.
Los Angeles TimesKatie WalshAmong all the loquacious chaos, Nat steals the film with the quieter performance as the pained, soulful and deeply feeling Jack.
Movie NationRoger MooreIt’s a formulaic dramedy with a little pathos, some wit, some unusual-in-real-life-but-not so-much-in-rom-coms situations.
The Hollywood ReporterFrank ScheckThe film is most effective in its quieter moments.
The Seattle TimesTom KeoghThe basics of Draper’s story hold promise, but the film derails because Jack and Oliver just aren’t charming as social pariahs.
User Review3ebfan511Pretty good coming of age comedy-drama starring Nat and Alex Wolff. The fact that they are actual siblings probably helped the improvisational nature of the humor and bantering between them, which made the film very enjoyable to watch. But it also has a nice story and kept me interested throughout, with some very nice moments involving both storylines. (won't give it away.) Very good film for its genre, which I enjoyed quite a bit.
